Vegie Bench is a completely new Australian Made innovation in Growing  and is available in completely Solar powered and Electric models.

 Vegie Bench allows you to grow from seed or seedlings and allows you to grow a much wider range of produce than other types of liquid only based systems.

With Vegie bench the roots are kept moist and fed all the time, not just when the pump is on taking away most of the risk associated with water based growing NFT systems and allows us to operate via a solar powered pump with no Running cost unlike others that will run for 8 to 10 hours a day with electricity

 

  • Due to its unique design the Vegie Bench channel holds approx 20mm of water and nutrient, this is drawn upwards(wicking) by the coir and allows the coir to retain the perfect amount of moisture.
  •  Easy access to the plants, remove the pot trim and use as required then place            back into the system
  • Coir filled pots allow a much wider range of produce to be grown from seed or seedling
  • Solar or Electric powered
  • Less often watering reduces wear and tear on equipment and saves water
  • Can be manually watered in the event of power outages or equipment failure.
  • Units can be added on to utilizing the existing pump and solar panel saving money.
