Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, whether due to a change of mind or any other reason, a full refund will be provided as long as the cancellation notice is received before the commencement of order processing. Once the processing has started, unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds.

Refunds are not available unless the product is Damaged, Faulty or not as advertised.

Returns if the item is returned within 30 days 

If the item is faulty, damaged or not correct please contact us to rectify.

Returns on sale or clearance items

We are unable to process refunds for sale or clearance items for change of mind situations.

What you must do

To return a product and obtain a repair, replacement, or credit, you must first contact us by email within 30 days of purchase. and once approved by us return the item along with its original packaging to us. We reserve the right to inspect and test any products returned for the purpose of determining the extent of any defect and validity of any warranty claim or return.

Returning items under warranty (as per the terms of our warranty)

If you believe an item is faulty or defective, and we receive notification via email and the product is returned we will assess the circumstances (including assessing the returned item by us) to ascertain whether or not we are at fault and:

  1. (Company at fault) if we consider that we are at fault, we may at our discretion, provide a full replacement of the faulty item or part. We will advise you of the decision via return email.
  2. (Company not at fault) if we consider that we are not at fault, then no replacement or credit will be provided. We still may, however, choose to provide a replacement or credit in some cases at our discretion. We will advise you of the decision via return email.

Shipping costs

In all cases, you must pay the costs involved in shipping the returned product back to us. If we consider that we are not at fault in any circumstance, then no reimbursement in respect of those shipping costs will be provided. If we consider that we are at fault or the product is defective, then we will reimburse you for your reasonable shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us and its replacement.
